Weekly Menu #396 And The Book Of The Week

 


Hello Monday! Spring is here and with it, the birds are singing and the rain has settled in for the long hull. Its not all bad. The weather will soon turn warm and sandal weather is upon us. I'm down for that.

This weeks read is Highland Warrior by Heather McCollum. I read the first book in this series a while back and am now excited to dive into this one. It sounds like its going to be a doozy. Who's with me?

I hope you enjoy this weeks menu. My husband and I are trying to cut back on some of the more fatty meats and try some vegan recipes. According to a documentary my husband watched (he's obsessed with documentaries) Cutting back on meats in general is supposed to help with soar achy muscles as you get older. I told him we would give it a try. Enjoy!
