There is nothing like a warm spring day in Oregon. Met some friends at one of my favorite parks for a photo session yesterday. The boys enjoyed playing in the park with some new friends while I worked. Love watching my boys out in the world. Lost the internet again yesterday. The cable snapped right off the side of the house. Needless to say, I didn't get the menu done yesterday. So here it is. Hope you enjoy it. Little boys... Big ocean

We finally took a weekend off from moving and headed to the coast. All the stress of packing and un packing melted away when my toes touched the warm sand. We didn't bring much with us, but that didn't stop my monsters from having a blast. Especially my wild one.

Its been a long few weeks. We moved back to my home town Valentines day weekend and have been using every extra minute and ounce of energy we've had to clean out the old house. Its been a long haul. Not to mention we didn't have internet or the computer hooked up for several weeks. I'm glad now to be in a new home where my kids can run and grow. No more long summer nights playing "Was that a gun shot or a fire cracker," or long drives to and from Oregon city to NE Portland. I wont miss the fighter planes doing maneuvers at all hours of the day and night, or will I miss the fact that most people in Portland don't have a kind bone in their body for those around them. Through this whole process, I've seen the true nature of people come to light. The unwillingness to help a good person when they are down and an innate ability to hold even the smallest things over someones head. I've come to realize though that this is life. Its been a while...

I know that its been a few weeks since I've posted a menu, but we've been moving and I just recently got my computer up and running. We love our new home and there is still a lot to unpack. We are getting there. Within all the chaos great things are happening, so stay tuned Monday for a new menu and hopefully some photos of our new place.
