Welcome to my corner of the internet!

I'm Sara, an avid reader, book reviewer, and passionate blogger. My love for stories began when I first discovered how a great book can whisk you away into other worlds, leaving you breathless, inspired, or questioning everything you thought you knew. Ever since then, I’ve been chasing that feeling, one book at a time.

On this blog, you’ll find honest reviews of the books I’ve loved (and sometimes not-so-loved), weekly menus to fuel your own reading adventures, and musings on everything literary. My taste is eclectic—whether it’s fantasy that takes you to magical realms, historical fiction steeped in rich culture, or contemporary works that hit close to home, I’m always searching for stories that speak to the soul.

Beyond books, I have another passion that has shaped my life—ballet. As a ballerina, I’ve always been drawn to the grace, strength, and storytelling that dance demands. The discipline of ballet has taught me the beauty of dedication and the joy of expressing oneself through movement. Much like reading, dance allows me to escape into another world and become part of something greater than myself.

When I’m not reading or dancing, I’m with my wonderful family—my three amazing kids keep life full of joy, laughter, and a good dose of chaos. They inspire me every day and remind me that adventure and love come in many forms, including the pages of a great book.

When I’m not buried in a book, I’m crafting weekly menus for the blog—because there’s nothing better than pairing a captivating story with a cozy meal. Feel free to check out my favorite literary-inspired recipes, perfect for fueling your own reading adventures!

I hope this blog becomes a space where book lovers can come together to share, discover, and enjoy the wonderful world of words. Let’s embark on this reading journey together!

Happy reading (and eating)! Sara
