Sunday Confessions #112

Hello Sunday!

Another week closer to the beginning of school and I am now making plans to gut the boys rooms and rework them while they are at school. The great thing about my kids is they could care less what their rooms look like. As long as they have a comfy bed to lounge on and a place for their computer, it doesn't mater what else is in the room. This gives me the opportunity to make their rooms have an old cottage feeling without any griping. Hurray for me.

Lets recap the week.

Sunday Confessions #113

I'm currently working on A Seaside Summer by Josi S. Killpack and I'm loving it. Of course I will probably be finished with this book by the time this post is live, but a review is due for the blog tour on September 18th, so come back to find out what I thought.

So far, Diane is a sassy widow that has a knack of overreacting whenever her new husband Michael pulls some uptight shenanigans. Its very entertaining. Can't wait to see how these two are going to get along without killing each other.

Drunk and I don't wanna go home by Elle King & Miranda Lambert

Realized this week that Nine Perfect Strangers came out on Hulu a few weeks ago and I had been missing it. Love Liane Moriarty, but haven't read this one yet. Still waiting for a copy from the library.

I'm 3 episodes in and things are starting to become a little creepy and strange, but I'm all in. Can't wait to see why these people have come together and what Tranquila really is.

What are you watching?

The last thing I looked at online was this delicious looking recipe for lemon garlic grilled salmon and green bean recipe from Tara at Unsophisticook. I was wanting an easy foil salmon recipe and this one called my name.

I've only recently started eating Salmon and I've found that I feel better when I have it at least once a week. So here is your weekly Salmon recipe. Makes sure you leave Tara a comment on how much you loved it.

  1. Have fun working on your boys' rooms! I've been wanting to rearrange and redecorate my bedroom, but it's so tiny that there's not much I can do in terms of moving furniture (and my dresser is impossibly heavy). But I'm on the hunt for decor. :)

    1. I feel your pain. My bedroom is small and under the eves of the house. Not much room for anything. My bed is practically on the floor.
