My husband has been obsessed with restaurant style salsa lately. There was one brand that he loved above all else. So on my foodie journey, I decided to try and replicate the flavors my husband loves.
With a little trial and error, I think I finally came up with a winning combo.
Here is my restaurant style salsa recipe.
Course: Appetizer
Servings: 2 1/2 cups
Time to Make: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 Cans diced tomatoes, drained.
1/2 cup chopped white onion.
1 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped.
1/4 cup chopped celantro.
3 tablespoons lime juice.
1 tsp honey.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree for 15 to 30 seconds or until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with tortilla chips, or refrigerate for later use.
