Deciding what to make for family dinners can sometimes be difficult. We have a lot of different food allergies to contend with and with my children's autism, they don't always want to eat what everyone else is eating.
I asked my husband if he had any ideas for dinner and he came up with a sandwich bar, an idea much like our favorite taco bar. The great thing about this idea is, I don't have to worry as much about putting together one meal that's delicious, but fits everyone's needs. This way, each sandwich can be individualized by the person about to devour it. It's a win win.
Although, I am not a charcuterie expert, or that creative with arranging meats and cheeses, it was a nice spread. I even have enough leftovers to make lunch for the husband and I for the rest of the week.
Check out this list of potential sandwich makings you can use for your sandwich board.
