Review:

Can I just say that I absolutely loved this movie.

As a fan of the book Dune, I was super excited to hear this was coming out. The amount of huge name actors is amazing, and some of their parts aren't that big, but still so important.

The world building and cinematics are amazing. The acting is full of depth and really brings to life the characters that I love so much.

The story was split into pieces and left on a cliff hanger, so we are now going to have to wait for the next installment. That will give me plenty of time to re-read Dune.

The one thing I would say negative, if you don't know Dune, you might not get all the little nuances since there is so much in the movie, there isn't much time to explain how everything works. Definitely read the book after watching the movie, or before, either way.
