Hello Sunday. If you didn't notice, I updated my profile photo this week. The weather was beautiful on the fourth of July, and I broke out my new sun hat. Usually I hate taking photos of myself, but I actually liked this one even if I wasn't smiling or wearing makeup. All natural.
There is so much to share from this last week, so lets get to it.
I picked this one up from the publisher and have a review coming up in August, so thought I would get a head start on it since I have an extensive back log of books that I want to read and don't want to forget about this one. So far, I'm 14% of the way in, but will probably be done with it by the time this post goes live.
Make sure you check back on August 4th to see what I thought of it.
Three Sister by Heather Morris - Review
Same Kind of Different As Me by Ron Hall - Suggested by my Mom
Uncommon Type by Tom Hanks - Came across this on Instagram
Meaning of Life by Kelly Clarkson
She is an amazing singer and I love listening to her Meaning of Life album.
We are still working on Lucifer. On season 4 now.
I'm really enjoying how the show is developing. Kinda mad at Lucifer for being such a dork all the time and treating people the way that he does, but of course its just his character and it really makes you want to keep watching to see if he will change.
He never does..
The last thing I saved to my Pinterest was this list of books about witches from Asiana Circus. I mean, who doesn't like a good witch story.
This might come in handy as I prep for second season of A Discovery of Witches. I heard it just came out and now I need to find out which streaming service its on and if I have it.
Any insight would be helpful.
Still working on the Star Wars books more than my other challenges. If you missed it, I recapped the last 5 Star Wars books I've read here.
