Welcome to the July wrap up. What a crazy month. It started off slow for me, with only a few books read in the first few weeks, but I really picked up toward the end. Let's recap the good, the bad and the ugly.
Everyone thinks that Sophie is an orphan. True, there were no other recorded female survivors from the shipwreck which left baby Sophie floating in the English Channel in a cello case, but Sophie remembers seeing her mother wave for help. Well, had a few DNF's this month. This doesn't mean that the books were bad, just that I wasn't able to finish them. If I didn't like a book I would give it one star. I don't think this has happened yet.
Finally finished up my reading around the country challenge. Finished a book set in each state. I'm going to knock out my Scotland challenge and the try and tackle some of those big ones. i think I bit off more than I can chew, but I am determined to finish them.
