Menu: Week 129

Its the start of another week and also the end of my three week 21 day fix work out. I'm proud to say that I lost four pounds and a total of 6.5 inches. I'm sure it would have been more, but this last week didn't work out well and I missed a lot of my workouts. It happens and as a mom I can't complain. I got to spend some much needed time with my monster boys, making sure they had what they needed to succeed in life. That is the most important job.

My husband and I tried out the Swedish meatballs last night and they were delicious, so check back on Wednesday for my take on the process and the recipe.
