I need recipe testers for a gluten free pizza recipe I've put together. Please send me an email at SHendersonphoto@gmail.com if you're interested and I'll send it to you in PDF form, or follow the recipe below. Please leave me a comment.
The one thing I thought I was losing when I found out I had
to eat gluten free was pizza, but when I realized that there was an easy gluten
free option, I had to try it. These are the toppings we love, but you can put
what ever it is you like on your pizza. Enjoy!

1 package of Bob’s Red Mill gluten free pizza crust mix

1 ½ cups warm water

-
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup Medium cheddar cheese
-
7 oz Pepperoni
