It's a mid week menu. We've been on vacation for the last four days and I haven't had access to the internet or the time to really sit down and hash out a menu, but now that we are back at home, I'm putting together a little menu for the rest of the week, just so I don't have to think about it after this.
Vacation stuff will come later this week or next week, depending on how I feel and how much work I want to do while I'm trying to rest and reset before the boys go back to school.
