Review:

I have many feelings about this one and not all of them are good.

Growing up immersed in Star Wars lore, I have a great love for how Disney has deepened the Star Wars universe and give life to those more obscure characters we all love... The Book of Boba Fett, however, Didn't live up to the high standards of its predecessor, the Mandalorian. I would have to say that this show fell somewhere around episodes 1-3.

let's start with the things that I did love. The cinematics, the return of some fun characters, Danny Trejo as the Rancor wrangler, Mando. And lets not forget little baby Grogu comes back in an amazingly adorable way. All these thing gave me hope and made me continue to watch.

The less fortunate aspects of the show were the slow pace of the story and the soft old man approach to Boba Fetts character. He was like my grandpa, not the bad ass bounty hunter who survived the Sarlacc pit.

There's only 7 episodes and I didn't really start enjoying it fully until episode 5 when Mando and Grogu come back into the story. If this had been any other show, I wouldn't have given it 5 episodes to find joy.

Three stars is a generous rating, since I could count way more bad than good in this show, but Gragu saved the day in the end, and I love him.
