Review:
Ok... I don't know where to start with this one.
I've never seen the Broadway show Cats, even though I've heard great things about it. Getting out of the house is not a luxury I can afford with autistic kids. That's why I was excited when this movie became available streaming.
Trying to ignore all the bad hype around the movie as to not set my mind of negative things, I joined the millions of avid movie watchers and sat down for a pain staking hour and fifty minutes, that sadly, I will never get back.
The critics were right. This movie absolutely sucked. I can't blame the cast or the music. The movie was jam packed with some of the greatest entertainers in the world and some of my all time favorite actors. The performed their parts well, and I loved that. The music was also wonderful and catchy.
I think what the problem with this movie was the outfits... They were just way to... Tight... And the fact that this musical just doesn't have the scruples for the big screen. The whole thing was just embarrassing, to say the least.
Well, now I know... but I wish I didn't...
