Sunday Confessions #29

Hello book lovers. Its Sunday again and time for my confessions. I confess that it has been a wild week full of ups and downs and I am glad it is over. My youngest son had his pre-opp appointment for his surgery on Tuesday. He is having problems with his hearing again, so its time to go back in and try to fix it. Poor thing, he's only six.

There have been lots of wonderful things happening in book land this week too, so lets get to the recap.

I've been super excited about the coming release of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins, but apparently, not all of you are as excited about it as me once you found out who the book was about. Its a President Snow prequel, and as far as I'm concerned, if it follows the same epic writing and story style that Collins is known for, We are going to be fine. However, if you want to read more info on how the blogosphere is feeling, stop by Showbiz Cheat Sheet for a quick read on the book.

Lets get back into reading in the coming week. What are you going to dive into? My read is To All The Boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han. Share your reads in the comments below.
