Monday!!!!! It's back, and the exciting thing is that a week from now we will be on vacation. That means next week, you'll probably be on your own for meals. I finished my 21 day fix plan yesterday. Down five lbs and I haven't measured myself yet, so I don't know how many inches I've lost, but more about that later.
Writing is literally nonexistent these days. There is never enough time in the summer with all the things the kids have going on. Doctor appointments and activities.What little down time I have, I spend doing absolutely nothing. It's the greatest feeling ever. I've been reading a book about taking control of your life and the first chapter was all about realizing that you can't be perfect all the time. Which I knew, but sometimes its a nice reminder. It snapped me out of my funk and got me moving forward again. This fall is going to be the start of something good. I can feel it.
