Summary from Goodreads: A massive earthquake strikes southern Iran, potentially exposing the rogue nation’s most secret military facility. When a foreign airliner is forced to make an emergency landing at a nearby airport, the Iranians quickly become suspicious. American businessman Jake Keller is separated from the other passengers and secretly arrested on charges of espionage. Alone and against overwhelming odds, he soon finds himself battling for his life as he attempts to fight his way to freedom and return home.

Review: This would not be a book I would normally pick up, but the premise sounded intriguing. The author has a way of describing mundane events and turning them into something worth reading. I was really interested in the story, but at times felt a little lost. The characters were great. They helped me stick with the story just to find out what happened to them in the end.

Received an advance reader copy in exchange for a fair review.
